Ruling and Review Fees

Initial review of claims:

$325.00 non-refundable fee, payable with claim review request.

Any repeat request for review, the client will be required to pay the $325.00 non-refundable fee.

Payment can be made by check.

Additional fees may be charged at an hourly rate of $675.00 per hour by the surgeon reviewer for any service outside the scope of the case review.
